RESEARCH: Pre-requisite research, imagination and gathering required!  It’s always a great idea for engineers to research how to build what they want.  We encourage you to go online to find out how other kids around the world explore and play with rockets, using common items found around the home.

TOOLS & MATERIALS: STEAM Camp always makes good use of recyclables.  More Recyclables equals more Creativity!

  • Basic Supplies: Pencil/pen, clear tape, duct tape, scissors, ruler, arts/crafts supplies
  • Balloons: Any shape or size, 3-4
  • Paper: Plain, at least 10 sheets
  • Rubber Bands: 3-4
  • Good Extras: Tubing (flexible or rigid- straws, pens, etc.), hot glue gun
